Hope you are having a great week! Today I am finally sharing my Girls Trip Memphis Travel Guide. Two weeks ago I was invited to an amazing press trip with Pettigrew Adventures with several other bloggers from all over the country for a “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” themed week. It was seriously such an amazing experience being able to experience the best of Memphis with these ladies. I would highly recommend for a fun weekend trip with your girl friends or family. Check out what we did, where we stayed, and all the other details of our trip below!
Hope you are doing well! I am back on the blog after a whirlwind PR trip to Memphis this past week. I can’t wait to share a travel blog soon. Can you believe it is already March. This month marks our second anniversary since we first bought our current home. Since then we’ve had a lot of renovations including recently our master closet renovation and replacing all the carpet upstairs to laminate wood floors. It was the best decision we ever made and I can’t wait to show you more. But today I thought I would recap our current home renovation progress so you can see how much our house has changed. Check out our empty house tour here.
Hope you are doing well! It’s been a crazy couple of days with this winter storm that has blown through in Houston. Luckily we have power and have been able to keep warm. Today I wanted to share this outfit and ten transitional pieces from winter to spring to add to your wardrobe. Check them out below!
Hope you had a great weekend! Today I wanted to share one of my favorite black puffer jacket for winter. I wore this to our trip to Colorado last month and it kept me so warm. What I love about this puffer jacket is it’s waterproof so it works well in keeping you dry in the snow or rain. I also love how you can wear it casually in the mountains of Colorado or dress it up for a day in the city of Houston. Check out how I styled this winter essential below!
Hope you are having a great week! Can you believe it’s February already. I can’t believe how fast this year has been going. Today I wanted to share a chic Valentines look with my favorite pink wool coat. This outfit is perfect for date night or brunch with girl friends. I love this pink wool coat it’s the perfect layering piece for winter and perfect for Valentine’s Day. Check out more of this wool coat below:

Hope you are doing well! Today I’m sharing our fun tea time date at Bouchée Patisserie. I’ve been dying to go one of these but with Quarantine many of the places that offered this in Houston had shut down. So when we found out my favorite cute pastry cafe was now offering tea time Josh set up a reservation for the two of us. Check out more of our tea time experience below.
Hope you are doing well! Today I have rounded up my favorite items from 2020 that I can’t live without and sharing it with y’all today. From home to fashion and even beauty I’ve covered my favorites below. Check out why these items made the cut and why you need them in your life!
I can’t believe its 2021 already. 2020 was definitely a crazy year but not without some amazing memories. 2020 showed us what was important in our life and that was being home with our family. We still were able to travel, including being able to take our extended family on family trips which honesty was so nice. Our family went to Belize, stayed at a dude ranch in Arizona for the first time, and went to our yearly family trips to Florida and Colorado. We also were able to cross off some big goals in our life, including hubs becoming a Captain. Even with the pandemic we were able to ride out this crazy time and come out stronger than ever as a family. We owe it all to God and we are so thankful for the blessings we have received. Today I wanted to share our New Year 2021 family photos we took and our New Years wishes with you.
Merry Christmas from our crazy family to yours! It’s been a crazy busy time with family, but I just wanted to hop on here to wish ya’ll a Merry Christmas. We took these pictures before we left from Colorado and I absolutely love how they turned out. Unfortunately they didn’t quite make it on time for Christmas cards, but I still wanted to share, because the outtakes of Jayden is pretty hilarious. And those are my favorite photos because it shows his goofy personality. Check out the full shoot below.
