Hope you are doing well! It’s been a crazy couple of days with this winter storm that has blown through in Houston. Luckily we have power and have been able to keep warm. Hope you had a great weekend! Today I wanted to share one of my favorite black puffer jacket for winter. I wore this to our trip to Colorado last month and it kept me so warm. What I love about this puffer jacket is it’s waterproof so it works well in keeping you dry in the snow or rain. I also love how you can wear it casually in the mountains of Colorado or dress it up for a day in the city of Houston. Check out how I styled this winter essential below!
Hope you are having a great week! Can you believe it’s February already. I can’t believe how fast this year has been going. Hope you are doing well! Today I’m sharing our fun tea time date at Bouchée Patisserie. I’ve been dying to go one of these but with Quarantine many of the places that offered this in Houston had shut down. So when we found out my favorite cute pastry cafe was now offering tea time Josh set up a reservation for the two of us. Check out more of our tea time experience below.
Hope you are doing well! Today I have rounded up my favorite items from 2020 that I can’t live without and sharing it with y’all today. From home to fashion and even beauty I’ve covered my favorites below. Check out why these items made the cut and why you need them in your life!
I can’t believe its 2021 already. 2020 was definitely a crazy year but not without some amazing memories. 2020 showed us what was important in our life and that was being home with our family. We still were able to travel, including being able to take our extended family on family trips which honesty was so nice. Our family went to Belize, stayed at a dude ranch in Arizona for the first time, and went to our yearly family trips to Florida and Colorado. We also were able to cross off some big goals in our life, including hubs becoming a Captain. Even with the pandemic we were able to ride out this crazy time and come out stronger than ever as a family. We owe it all to God and we are so thankful for the blessings we have received. Today I wanted to share our New Year 2021 family photos we took and our New Years wishes with you.
Merry Christmas from our crazy family to yours! It’s been a crazy busy time with family, but I just wanted to hop on here to wish ya’ll a Merry Christmas. We took these pictures before we left from Colorado and I absolutely love how they turned out. Unfortunately they didn’t quite make it on time for Christmas cards, but I still wanted to share, because the outtakes of Jayden is pretty hilarious. And those are my favorite photos because it shows his goofy personality. Check out the full shoot below.
Hope you are doing well! We just got back from our family trip in Colorado and had the best time getting away and spending time in the mountains at Josh’s Uncle’s family ranch. It was truly magical, and we got to play in the snow. But we are back in time to celebrate Josh’s 33rd birthday! So today I am sharing this fun holiday shoot we did with this gorgeous green velvet dress and of course a little dedication the the special birthday boy.
Hope you are having a great week! Today I am sharing with you our Christmas message on our Christmas Card. I wanted to share our Christmas message to hopefully inspire people who are struggling this year to have faith and trust in God’s plan. I know it may be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel but 2021 is just around the corner and I truly believe there are better times ahead. We have been very fortunate this year and count our blessings that we have our family, a roof over our heads, and the ability to be able to continue doing the things we love like sharing this blog with y’all. This year more than ever has shown us to appreciate the little things. So thank you for those who continue to follow along and I hope this message below inspires you. Hope you are doing well! Today I am sharing our travel guide of our trip to White Stallion Ranch. We had the best time spending the week at that dude ranch last month. The mountains were beautiful, waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset was absolutely magical. It was what we needed during this time, a trip that reminded us all that was good in this world.
