Pink Tulle Skirt for Valentine’s- BIG NEWS + BIG CHANGES

Happy Monday everyone! We are officially a week away from Valentine’s Day. Have you figured out what you want to wear yet? If you haven’t here is a flirty, Sex and the City inspiration for you with this pink tulle skirt I wore to an event last week. I haven’t worn this skirt since New York Fashion week, but it is one of my favorite pink tulle skirts and perfect for this time of year as we get into Valentine’s Day and the Spring. Funny story, when my friend and I were shooting downtown, we saw so many engaged couples with the same exact tulle skirt outfit taking engagement pictures at the Honeymoon Cafe. So in inspiration of not having to land in who wore it better, I’m sharing an edgier way to wear a tulle skirt so you can stand out for your next date night. What’s Your Love Language? – I Wear My Heart On My Sleeve

Happy Monday Friends!

Hope everyone had a great weekend! We had so much fun celebrating my sister’s birthday and my good friend Brittany’s baby showers. It was truly an eventful weekend with all of our family and friends. Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite Valentine sweaters that I think is so stinking adorable. I mean look at those heart patches. They say don’t wear your heart on your sleeve, well in this case go for it girl! Plus, I am also sharing my results from my love language test and my husbands too! If you’ve never heard about the 5 Love Languages I highly recommend reading it! It’s great for figuring out what you value most as far as how you love being shown love. You can also take this test with your kiddo as well. Jayden is a little young for it now, but I am sure when he becomes a teenager and more difficult to communicate with it will be great to know. But today it is all about me and the hubby and our love language and this adorable heart patch sweater!

Valentine’s Look – Pretty in Pink Chenille

Today I am going to keep it short and sweet with this cute and casual look for winter that can easily be transitioned into spring. First of all lets talk a little about Chenille sweaters. Did you know this is the first year I finally knew what to call these extremely soft sweaters I loved so much? I never knew the material was called chenille until this past fall. I guess even as fashion bloggers we are constantly learning new things about the latest trends and fashion. And this is one trend I can’t get enough of. Turning Three – Family Goals 2018

Hey everyone!

Sorry I missed Wednesday’s post. With the snow day we had, and some really exciting news I had, it through me off schedule. But today is a special day because our little man turns three today! I cannot believe how time flies when you have kids. I just can’t believe how big Jayden is getting. This past year he has done tumbling, soccer, snowboarding, and currently in swimming, and next month he will start t-ball! This year will definitely be an active one for our little guy. He has so much energy, and he is such a team player. I am one proud momma to see my little guy grow up to be such a smart and sweet little boy. He amazes me everyday with everything he does, and he certainly pushes us to be the best parents we can be. This past month my husband and I went over some family goals we had for this New Year, and today on the blog I am sharing those goals with you plus our beautiful family pictures in Colorado! Last week I did a Q&A on Instastories about what to bring when going skiing or snowboarding or traveling in the mountains where it is below freezing and snow and ice everywhere. There are so many things I learned when it comes to staying warm, keeping your skin hydrated and from cracking in the higher and dryer altitudes, and the shoes you need from slipping and sliding off the mountains.
