Rome By Vespa + Travel Guide for Couples

FEATURED ON THIS POST:

Hi friends,

Hope ya’ll are doing well! Today I’m finally sharing one of our travel guides from our recent trip to Italy. I’m starting off with the first leg of our trip and sharing our adventures in Rome by Vespa. If you are going on a couples trip I highly recommend touring the city in a Vespa. It was the best experience ever, we covered so much ground, saved our feet from a lot of walking, and saved so much money from not having to take a Taxi. Plus it really does feel like it is straight from a romantic movie when you are riding a vespa around Rome with your significant other.  Check out more of what we did, where we stayed in our travel guide below.

5 Things To Help Cope with A Miscarriage – Our Miscarriage Story

Hey friends,

Hope y’all are having a great week! Today I am getting personal with ya’ll and sharing an update on our pregnancy. A month ago we announced early knowing there was a possibility it wasn’t a viable pregnancy. After weeks of many doctor visits, waiting it out, and trying all options we ended up having to get a D&C last week to end the pregnancy. I ended up having a last minute surgery the day before me and my mom’s trip to New York with Bio Oil. It was a whirlwind, and honestly I feel like I haven’t had a chance to finally stop and really process everything until these past couple of days since my husband has been home. Today am finally sharing our miscarriage story plus five things that have helped me cope with my first miscarriage. October is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month, and hopefully sharing my story can help someone out there who is going through the same thing or has gone through the same thing feel like they are not alone, and also help them in the process.

Entryway Reveal – Fall Foyer Decor

FEATURED ON THIS POST:

Hi friends,

Hope ya’ll had a great weekend! Just got back from a memorable work trip with my mom in NYC! If you are following on Instagram then you can see more of my trip in my story highlights. But I am glad to be back home and to finally share with you our stair remodel and how I decorated our foyer for fall. Since we moved in to our new home we knew we wanted to get rid of the carpet on our stairs. I’m not a fan of carpet because of the dirt that it holds but also because it isn’t aesthetically pleasing. Once we replaced the carpet with wood stairs it really opened up our entryway and made cleaning our stairs so much easier. Check out our before and after pictures below for our entryway reveal and our fall foyer decor!
