From the big arched double doors the moment you walk in to the bright and colorful Pink Cabana restaurant, the Sands Hotel is definitely a place to visit if you are in Palm Springs.

Let me first say our marriage is far from perfect. Everyday we learn something new about each other, we face new obstacles, and like any marriage there is no secret it takes a lot of hard work to keep it going. And since we’ve had Jayden, it definitely has changed everything. Last weekend we were fortunate to stay at the Hotel Sorella CITYCENTRE for Mother’s Day weekend. It was truly a 5 star experience. I couldn’t have asked for anything more for Mother’s Day. I didn’t have to cook, or clean, and I sleep in as late as I wanted in the most comfortable bed ever. Now isn’t that all we really want for Mother’s Day?

The suite we stayed in was a two bedroom, two bath penthouse suite on the 12th floor.
