Hope you are having a great week! This past week has been crazy. I turned 36 two weeks ago, and then I ended up having emergency gallbladder removal only a couple days after. I ended up staying in the hospital for six days for recover. It was unexpected but I am glad I am home and recovering. The doctors say it’s the number one emergency surgery they do, and that it is very common in women. I just never thought it would happen to me. But now that I am getting older I am just even more thankful for having another year with my babies. A couple weeks ago we had a fun family outing and Josh took these photos of me and my matching dresses with the girls. I am obsessed with this dress. It makes me want to take a trip to France with the family again. I can’t get over how cute the girls are. Check out the full look below.

Snapshot from our fun family day at the beach. So thankful and blessed for my beautiful family. I can’t ask for anything more for my birthday because they are the greatest gifts God has given me. I know these recent health scares have been made me more appreciative of the time I have on this Earth. You never know how much time you really have, but I trust in God’s plans for me.
