Solo parenting four kids, three under three with a newborn, and homeschooling weeks at a time while my husband is away at work is not easy. And the only way I stay sane is through routine and prioritizing my mental health. I don’t get a lot of time to myself so having a couple minutes to myself in the morning is important. Here’s my morning routine that helps me get through my day as a SAHM. What are some things you do as a mom to prioritize your mental health?

Finally got dressed and had a kid free day to celebrate my birthday with the girls. As I get older I appreciate more and more the adult friendships in my life, because I get how busy our lives can be, and how we can be consumed with the roles of being a parent, a wife, a business owner, and all the other hats we wear, and I know how precious our time is. So I’m thankful for those who choose to make the time just to have play dates, brunch, or even the once a year birthday celebration. I no longer want presents for my bday just the presence of the ones I love. Here’s to 37 and just thankful for the time and the people God has put in my life.💛🙏🏽🎂

When I was pregnant with Charlotte I wasn’t sure how I was going to handle being a solo parents of four with three under three while homeschooling. But it’s all in God’s timing, and he doesn’t give you something you cannot handle. I’ve grown so much as a person and a mother in my faith with every child. They teach me so much about God’s love, mercy, and grace. It’s why in the Bible Children are the greatest blessings of them all.💛🙏🏽
Our little rainbow 🌈 baby is already two months old. She is an angel. She’s been nothing but smiles, sleeps through the night, and is so patient with this momma, especially when my hands are full with her other siblings. Grateful to be her mama.💛🙏🏽

Thankful for the hubby and for letting me drag him around to all my favorite places, just so he can take photos of me and let me eat all my favorite foods.😜 #wifelife
