Hi for bikes with kids we rented it through a bike rental. They will bring it to the condo rental. For photos we used this guy. He is really nice and good! Here’s the link to IG:

Can you share who your photographer is here in tulum please? we are traveling here soon and loved the idea of having someone take pictures! do you find this place easy to navigate with out a car? Are the bicycles that have the kid seat on the back available at the airbnb?

Hi there, we booked it a couple months ahead during the off season so I think timing does help. However this was pre covid so things might just cost more. Also our insurance we have covers rental insurance so we never opt in for the insurance they offer.
